Many of my old followers would have noticed that for most of the month of March I wasn't here, didn't participate in the forums, did not upload any new doodles, nor did anything here.

I'm not the kind of man to wear his heart out on his sleeve, in fact quite the contrary, IRL I am very reserved and private, basically an introvert, which does get confused for being shy, they're not the same thing.

But I do want to write about my absence here and from everything else in general.

On March 3, I lost the third person who meant the most for me in this life.

Unlike most of you I was not raised in a traditional family of daddy, mommy, sisters or bothers and a pet dog. From the moment my parents learned they were pregnant they weren't happy people, in fact they're the kind of people who were not and are not fit to be parents to anyone. Without going into deep details, it was my paternal grandparents who raised me along with my grandmother's little sister, my grandaunt.

My grandparents did as best they could; provided me with love, food and shelter, but it fell upon my aunt to do EVERYTHING a parent is supposed to be responsible for in a child. She was the one who taught me values, gave me an education (I attended private schools all my life from pre-kinder to college), loved me and guided me as best she could. She was there for me always basically from 2 days after being born.

I lost her last March 3, she died at 8:00 PM. She leaves behind a legacy of helping and serving EVERYONE who crossed her life path., even those who did not deserve it at all.

Those of you who have been raised by a single parent, especially if the parent is a mother, might understand the significance of such loss better.

That Bible commandment "thou shall honor thy father and mother", is absolutely meaningless to me because my parents did shit for me their entire lives., in fact they both tried to hinder it in some way or another since the day I came to the world, I have no love for them.

Since she suffered a hip fracture in 2007, I became my aunt's caretaker and housekeeper until she left this world. It was the least I could do for her, and also for my grandparents before her.

I feel very much alone now in the house she left for me. I'm in mourning and slowly rebuilding a new life for myself in almost every aspect you can think of. So, I won't be as active here as I used to.

Although when you go to my page it says I am the founder of various groups here; the truth is I only founded one group which is Moda-Masculina | DeviantArt which is a fashion group with emphasis on menswear, as all the other fashion groups here mostly cater only to women's fashions. I did mostly to show my male fashion creations and to let know the fact that even though men aren't as fashion conscious or driven by looks as women we do have to wear clothes too and we do buy them, just not in the same quantity and not follow trends every single season of the year.

All those other groups that I "appear" to be a founder of, the reality is that I "inherited them" from their original founders because they either didn't want to deal with it or others left this site for good and closed or changed their accounts here.

I only got Corel Artists because my main drawing and painting software is Corel Painter, but I am not the founder as is the case with the others.
