Versión en español de la canción A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes de la película de Disney La Cenicienta. Escrita por Edmundo Santos, era el mayor colaborador de Walt Disney para los países donde se habla español.
Uno de los mejores traductores de su tiempo, Edmundo Santos no traducía literalmente como muchos lo hacen hoy, sino que hacía una versión que fuese fiel al concepto de la pieza original, tanto letras de canciones como los libretos de las películas. Incluso fue director y casting director de los actores de voces para muchas películas animadas de Disney.

Desgraciadamente desde La Sirenita para acá las traducciones de Disney en español han perdido el profesionalismo y originalidad que Santos hacía. Y muchos de los clásicos que él tradujo han sido sustituidos por nuevos doblajes muy chabacanos. Una vergüenza para la compañía Disney.
